• Companies and Institutions wishing to improve the accessibility of their ICT
offerings to the elderly
• End users or end user groups such as charities
• Ethicists
• Specialists in sociology or care of the elderly
• Policy makers, especially those with an interest in standard setting and
international collaboration
Required skills and Expertise:
Partners will fall into 2 groups:
• Committed core partners who will participate in all 5 work parcels. That is,
organisations who will: review previous and current work (and possibly undertake
their own research); prepare and present their vision of the future at the
workshop; help to process the results of the workshop into a final roadmap; and
disseminate results
• Attendees at the workshop who have a positive contribution to make to
discussions (They will also be encouraged to comment on the draft roadmap and
disseminate the final version if they wish)
